Since then work as C++ developer mainly in Nokia Siemens Networks.

Since beginning of 2009 Certified Scrum Master and since beginning of 2010 internal Agile Coach in Nokia Siemens Networks.

On June 2011 start transformation to Scrum in Call Center Inter Galactica as Agile Coach and Scrum Master.

On December 2011 become manager for software development teams.

Currently working as Director of Software Development (Member of Head Quarter) in Fast White Cat S.A. (old Call Center Inter Galactica IT department).
